This form is for PLAYER REGISTRATIONS (and Coaches/Referees) ONLY

Please select the age grade of registration based on the birth year of the child/person you are registering:

  • Birth Year 2021 TO 2025- Please DO NOT register children below the age of 4 (turning 5). They're a little too young to start playing with us..
  • Birth Year 2019 & 2020 - Little Kicks (Oxford Football Club In House Program - Donation Invited)
  • Birth Year 2017 & 2018  - Fun Footy (Oxford Football Club In House Program - Donation Invited)
  • Birth Year 2015 & 2016 - Mini Football (Mainland Competition Leagues - Donation Invited) 
  • Birth Year 2009 to 2014 - Youth Football (Under 16) (Mainland Competition Leagues - Donation Invited) 
  • Birth Year 2008 or Earlier - Youth Football (16+) (Mainland Competition Leagues) 

To accomodate team numbers, your child may be allocated +/- one age grade entirely at the discretion of Oxford FC.


Donations: 

Whilst our child programs are free, they are not a zero cost to deliver. Oxford FC are an entirely voluntary organisation and rely on sponsorship and donations from our communities to fund our Junior sport programs, equipment and facilities.

Please consider donating to our programs if you can afford to do so. For example, $25 will provide a child with a ball for the season, whilst $50 will pay for a shirt for a child for up to 4 seasons.

If you are able to donate time, or money to OFC, please select the options in this form.


If you are registering as a volunteer or social member, (i.e. Team Manager, Volunteer, Committee Member, etc), then please use the Football NZ Non-Playing Members (2025) Form on the 'Non-Playing Registrations' tab.
